Please read these terms carefully before using our services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("Client", "Healthcare Provider", or "Pharmacy") and SUPERCLICK MED.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "You", "Healthcare Provider", or "Pharmacy") and SUPERCLICK MED ("Company", "We", "Our").
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of those changes.
2. Services & Scope of Work
SUPERCLICK MED provides healthcare revenue cycle and billing services including but not limited to:
- Medical Billing Services
- Pharmacy Billing Services
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Insurance Eligibility Verification
- Claim Creation, Submission & Tracking
- Denial Management & Appeals Support
- Payment Posting & Reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable (A/R) Follow-ups
- Reporting & Billing Performance Insights
All services will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, service agreement, or scope-of-work document agreed upon by both parties.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and updated timelines. SUPERCLICK MED does not guarantee reimbursement outcomes, as payer decisions depend on patient eligibility, coverage, coding accuracy, and payer policies.
3. Payments & Billing
- Services may be billed as a fixed monthly fee, per-claim fee, or a percentage of collections, as agreed in writing.
- Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete patient, insurance, and documentation data required for billing.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
SUPERCLICK MED does not claim ownership of your patient records, billing data, or healthcare documentation.
- All patient data, claim data, and medical/pharmacy records remain the property of the client.
- SUPERCLICK MED retains ownership of internal workflows, templates, and operational tools used to deliver services.
- Third-party software and payer systems remain under their original licenses and terms.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. SUPERCLICK MED will not disclose client business information, patient-related billing data, or proprietary processes to third parties without written consent, except where required to deliver services or comply with applicable law.
If required, a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed. We apply strict access controls and confidentiality obligations for staff handling sensitive billing information.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms in the signed service agreement.
- The client must pay for services provided up to the termination date.
- Upon settlement of outstanding invoices, SUPERCLICK MED will provide available work product and billing reports generated during service.
7. Limitation of Liability
SUPERCLICK MED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, claim denials, reimbursement delays, or loss of revenue due to payer actions, client-provided inaccuracies, or third-party system issues.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific billing services giving rise to the claim.
